  • polyurethane material for polishing electronic chips
    Our project developes a CPU polishing material, which mixes polyurethane prepolymers with micrometer level abrasives to form sheets, improving grinding efficiency. This material has advantages such as low viscosity, long operating time, fast demolding time, and stable NCO value. It generates polyurethane elastomers with low endogenous heat, which is environmentally friendly and beneficial to the health of operators.
